Surgery

The department of surgery at GHUC is a well-established unit with facilities to carry out the full spectrum of surgical procedures, including Accident (Polytrauma) and emergency services. 24-hour urgent surgery cover for accident, acute surgical cases, and trauma patients. All varieties of polytrauma cases are handled by a trauma team comprising General surgeons, Orthopaedicians, and Intensivists. All abdominal, urologic, and gynaecological laparoscopic surgeries are performed by a team of highly qualified, experienced, and well-trained surgeons.
